Not every traveler approaches a Mexico trip by flying directly to their destination. Some journeys are built around driving, visiting neighboring regions, or crossing by land as part of a longer itinerary. If that is the plan, the entry documentation should be considered before the road journey begins. The Mexico Tourist Land Card information can be reviewed while putting the itinerary together. I’d also think through where the trip begins, how long the road portion will take, and where accommodation has been arranged. Having those details organized beforehand makes the journey easier to manage and leaves more room for enjoying unexpected stops instead of worrying about paperwork while traveling.
